Return Policy

Besten Carbon will accept returns on products sold directly through BestenCarbon.com or a representative. To submit a return, please Contact Us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must be submitted with original proof of purchase and an RA number. Returns missing one or more of those requirements may not be subject to a full refund. Products ordered through third party resellers are subject to said reseller’s return policy. Inspect your order upon receipt to ensure all products are accurate. Unopened, uninstalled product may be returned for a 100% refund. Product that has been removed from original packaging may be subject to a 20% repackaging fee. Besten Carbon reserves the right to refuse refunding returned product showing signs of installation or use.
